πŸ™Œ "Thank you for the informative course on creating sourdough starter.

I started exactly seven day ago and my starter looks fantastic! I’m fairly new to baking and einkorn flour. It smells incredible and I cannot wait to bake something with it.

Thank you!"

What type of flour does this course use?

This course uses einkorn flour, however I’ve found that sourdough is a great equalizer and have tested and confirmed that all recipes work with any type of all-purpose flours.

If using freshly ground or whole wheat flour, you may need to adjust the liquid amounts. Just follow the hydration and texture examples in the video for each recipe to see if you need more or less liquid.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
What’s the difference between course and the recipes on your site?
The course is the blog brought to life, with colorful videos so you can SEE how to prepare the recipes! It’s like having me right there in the kitchen with you! Plus, many of the recipes within the course are not available on the blog.
Why Sourdough?
It's easier to digest. It helps reduce phytic acid in the grains. It's DELICIOUS! And everyone will be super impressed with your skills! But in all seriousness, sourdough is an ancient technique for natural leavening in wheat products with wild yeast and bacteria from the air. The result of which is a tangy, strong, and enjoyable finished product that the whole family will enjoy!
Do I need special tools for this course?
No, absolutely not! I live in a tiny house and just don't have room for a lot of speciality tools. So this course only uses things you already have. A bowl or two, a spatula, baking sheets, and so on! Some recipes call for a Dutch oven or a food processor, but those are optional if you don't have them.
